Return and Refund Policy

At K&G Mowers & Tractors, we want you to receive the correct parts in good condition. Please review the following policy before requesting a return.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition in which it was received

• Be free from damage, wear, fuel, oil, dirt, or other signs of use

• Include all original components, manuals, accessories, labels, and hardware

• Be returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging

• Include the receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase

Parts that have been installed, connected, altered, tested under load, or used may not be returned.

Confirming Part Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that a part is compatible with their equipment before ordering. We strongly recommend checking the manufacturer part number, model number, and serial number.

If you need help finding the correct part, contact us before placing your order.

A part ordered incorrectly may be returned only if it meets all eligibility requirements. The customer will be responsible for the associated return shipping costs.

Starting a Return

To request a return, email officemanager@kgmowers.com and provide:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Product name and part number

• Reason for the return

• Photographs of the item and packaging, when requested

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return authorization, shipping instructions, and a return shipping label when applicable.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please do not send a return to the manufacturer unless instructed by our team.

Return Shipping Costs

If an item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to our error, K&G Mowers & Tractors will cover the authorized return shipping cost.

For returns caused by ordering the wrong part, changing your mind, no longer needing the item, or providing incorrect order information, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Original shipping charges and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by K&G Mowers & Tractors.

We recommend keeping the return tracking information until your return has been received and processed.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

Contact us promptly if:

• The item arrived damaged

• The item appears defective

• You received the wrong product

• Parts or components are missing

Email officemanager@kgmowers.com with your order number and clear photographs of:

• The product

• The shipping box

• The internal packaging

• The shipping label

• Any visible damage

Please keep the item and all original packaging while we investigate. Do not install or use an incorrect or damaged part. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Installed, used, altered, modified, or damaged parts

• Items showing signs of wear, fuel, oil, dirt, or attempted installation

• Special-order, custom-order, or personalized products

• Products missing original packaging, components, manuals, labels, or hardware

• Clearance, final-sale, or sale items marked as non-returnable

• Gift cards

• Hazardous materials

• Flammable liquids or gases

• Oils, lubricants, chemicals, fluids, and fuel-related products

• Products restricted from return by the manufacturer or shipping carrier

Electrical and electronic components—including switches, ignition parts, control modules, sensors, batteries, and similar products—may not be eligible for return after their packaging has been opened or after they have been installed or connected.

Contact us before ordering if you have questions about whether a specific product is returnable.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement product.

A replacement order is subject to current pricing, availability, and shipping charges.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If an order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging with all components and proof of purchase.

This right does not apply to products that are custom-made, personalized, sealed and no longer eligible after opening, hazardous, or otherwise excluded under applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. We will then confirm whether the refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return was caused by a defective product, shipping damage, or an error by K&G Mowers & Tractors.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at officemanager@kgmowers.com.
